The Power of Prayer

We believe strongly in the power of prayer. The spiritual battles we face are very real. And “the weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.” (2Co 10:4 NIV)

Either formally or informally you can commit to praying for the people groups we are working with. Here are some ideas:

Pray Through Our Projects

Choose one language project per week or month and pray for them daily as a church, small group, family or individually.

Your focus in prayer could be:

  • for the people group.
  • for the linguistic and translation staff and their work to progress well.
  • for the literacy staff and their efforts to engage the people in literacy.
  • for the local church to have complete ownership in the task of getting the word of God in their own language.
